ABOUT YOUR CUDDLE PRACTITIONERS

AMANDA CLARKE  (No longer accepting clients)

I'm a sweet-natured, warm, and affectionate woman that loves to cuddle. For as long as I can remember touch has always been my primary love language. When I was a young girl I was always going around giving my friends hugs at school, being overly affectionate and making a fool of myself.

As I got older, my interest in the healing arts led me to get certifications in Usui Reiki, Kripalu and Restorative Yoga, and Thai Yoga Massage. Following that, I obtained a diploma in Spiritual Psychotherapy and Spiritual Directorship at the Transformational Arts College.

Over the last decade, I've been immersed in various programs and workshops, studying human connection and authentic relating. It is through my continued study that I am able to bring a level of skill, passion, and presence to all my sessions.

Cuddling others gives me the chance to help people work through their loneliness or their need for intimacy and platonic touch. As a natural nurturer, it gives me great pleasure to hold others and be a source of comfort.  In addition to cuddling, I also facilitate cuddle parties and have a private coaching practice.  My practice is trauma-informed (meaning I take into consideration all the ways a client with unsequenced trauma in their body might feel in my presence), and have taken  courses to understand trauma and nervous system regulation.

Cuddle sessions take place in a private sanctuary in downtown Toronto.

JENNIFER LEE (She/Her)

Hello, I’m a friendly and nurturing woman with a passion for therapeutic touch and cuddling. My approach comes from learning about the parasympathetic nervous system. I have a certificate in Usui Reiki, and have taken yoga and meditation classes. I have pursued my interest by going to workshops at The Human Awareness Institute and the Gestalt Institute of Toronto.

It takes 3 full seconds in a hug for your brain to release oxytocin; let's create those lingering moments of contact that will supercharge your body to release happy hormones! 30-60 min + of cuddle time can have immense benefits for your mental and physical health.

I offer platonic companionship with warmth, compassion, and comfort to all clients. We all need and deserve human connection. I'm okay with a quiet cuddle or I'm a great listener, too, if you just need someone to talk to.  I'm fully vaccinated and located downtown Toronto.

VINNY VEDOSA  (He/They)

I am passionate about learning how to give caring touch, being present, and creating safe spaces for expression.  Cuddle services to me embody these principles and offer people a gentle opportunity to discover the nurturing touch they seek.

My approach is informed by my work as a mediator, Thai massage practitioner, and study of Dr. Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent, which has all shaped how I listen and hold space for others.  My goal during each session is to allow you to feel safe and cater to the platonic touch you seek, be it sitting together, lying down, cuddling, talking, or anything that relaxes you.

Accessible by public transit downtown, my apartment has a studio room which I turn into a cuddle space on a mat with pillows. Relaxing music can be catered to your liking. I usually smudge the space before you arrive (unless you are sensitive to scents). The session begins when we create our agreement, including how to communicate preferences, with a focus on empowering you to voice your wants and needs.  Fully vaccinated for Covid-19. Proof is available upon request.
